  • A tropical and juicy sweet experience, La Praderita is the perfect coffee to wake up from your winter hibernation. José Ignacio Cubillos uses a unique fermentation process known locally as "cochada". Coffee cherries are picked and depulped, then layered into the fermentation tank with helpful yeasts to guide the process. Each day a new layer is added before going through a final fermentation and finish wash at the end of the week. This layering process results in a complex level of flavor and texture that create this stunning coffee. Enjoy warm summer blackberries, bright and bubbly pineapple, and creamy and sweet key lime pie with this coffee.

  • Washed lot Ethiopian light roast coffee with notes of papaya, citrus, and black tea

  • a balanced and dynamic blend showcasing the cup attributes we love about specialty coffee. This coffee is roasted for those who are looking for something ever so slightly more developed than many of our single origin offerings. Still in the ‘lighter’ range, but focusing on a juicy body and some light caramelization that lends itself to a super balanced cup that can be enjoyed black or with your choice of milk.

Currently comprised of Colombia Gaitania and Ethiopai Nesru Aba Nura: In the cup, we’re getting some Peach Tea vibes, bouquets of florals and sweet milk chocolates. Great for espresso, great for filter. Go get it.

  • Eloxochitlán de Flores Magón is a silky and crisp cup profile loaded with complexity. In the cup you can expect aromas of caramels and roasted nuts. As you start to sip, a big ruby red grapefruit quality emerges alongside caramel. This lot has a really nice presence of acidity that adds a refreshing quality to the sugar browning character. In the finish, you can expect notes of praline and sweet pastry qualities.

  • This catuai lot is grown by Angelica Larreategui, a member of the Chirinos Coop in Cajamarca. She’s also a charismatic

president of the group’s women’s committee. This coffee is sweet and balanced, with notes of genmaicha, honeydew, and

    simple syrup.
